Our building
The characteristic blue timber building in Storgata holds a long and proud history. Fully renovated in 2021 with modern apartments behind historic facades — hardwood floors, fibre broadband and premium bathrooms behind hundred-year-old walls.

We live in Tromsø and are the people behind Seventy North. It started with our own apartment and has grown into a collection of apartments and cabins in and around the city.
Golden View and our cabin on Sommarøy are our own places. We manage the other properties for their owners, with help from local partners. We want you to feel welcome, find the information you need and have help along the way.
