All our apartments are at Skanckesmuget 1, in the heart of Tromsø city centre — walking distance to Polarmuseet, Polaria, Tromsø Cathedral and the city's best restaurants. The airport bus stops 400 metres away.
All apartments have self check-in available 24/7. A few days before arrival you receive a unique door code by SMS, plus a welcome guide covering WiFi, local tips and everything you need.
Yes — early check-in from 11:00 and late check-out until 14:00 are available for an additional fee, subject to availability. Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
We cannot offer luggage storage at the apartments. However, Tromsø Harbour Terminal offers storage nearby — the airport bus also stops right there. Jekta Shopping Mall is another option before heading to the airport.
Yes — all apartments come with freshly laundered bed linen, bath towels and a hand towel per guest. Everything is ready when you arrive.
Yes — we provide shower gel, shampoo and conditioner from the Scandinavian brand Skandinavisk (Skog / Forest scent), plus hand soap, toilet paper and a small welcome kit.
Yes! All apartments have a Nespresso machine with a selection of capsules on arrival. Larger apartments also have a Moccamaster filter coffee machine.
Yes — all apartments have free high-speed fibre WiFi (1 Gbit). The network name and password are in your welcome guide sent before arrival.
Direct booking gives you the an automatic discount included in the displayed total. All channels are synchronised via our Hostaway channel manager so availability is always accurate wherever you book.
Most bookings can be cancelled free of charge up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations within 48 hours may incur a fee. The exact policy depends on which platform you booked through — check your confirmation email for details.
Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. Please contact us before booking. An additional cleaning fee may apply.
During strong activity, the northern lights are visible from Tromsø city centre and even through apartment windows. For the best experience we recommend guided tours 20–30 minutes outside the city — we're happy to connect you with our preferred operators.
Tromsø Langnes Airport is about 5 km away — 8–10 minutes by taxi or 20–25 minutes on the airport express bus (Flybussen), which stops 400 metres from Skanckesmuget 1.
We send a personalised Tromsø guide with every booking. Highlights include northern lights tours (Sep–Apr), whale safaris (Oct–Jan), Fjellheisen cable car, dog sledding, Polaria aquarium and midnight sun hikes (May–Jul). We personally vouch for all recommendations.
Our local favourites: Fiskekompaniet (seafood), Mathallen (local street food), Skarven (classic harbourside), Smørtorget (breakfast & lunch) and Emmas Drømmekjøkken (fine dining). A full restaurant guide is included in your welcome kit.
There is paid street parking and several public car parks within 200 metres of the apartments. We recommend the Stortorget car park, which is open 24/7. Tromsø city centre is very walkable so many guests choose to leave their car at the airport.
